With the staggering response from these campaigns, Fiona Thomas, a born and bred Sydney girl, wanted to fix this problem, so she started up an online singles site exclusively matching up country singles.  Rural Romeos was launched in June 2004 and she now has just over 2,000 registered users Australia wide in just 4yrs.  To date, we have had 5 weddings with a 6th to take place in 2009 and 2 babies.
